Steph Davis has extensive experience with the ever-evolving cannabis regulatory programs across multiple states including California, Colorado, Missouri and Oklahoma.  She began her advocacy in the cannabis industry after working with a Denver-based law firm on litigation challenging the Colorado’s Board of Health decision to not allow PTSD as a qualifying condition for a patient’s medical marijuana card.  Her advocacy lead into a career working with hemp and marijuana businesses to navigate through the highly regulated cannabis industry.

She has also worked with multiple local municipalities to draft and implement marijuana regulations. In her spare time, she is a member of the Rotary Club and serves on a local city committee focused on preserving and maintaining the City’s Parks for use by its citizens.
